<versionHistory>Ceilometer data received from DWD and adapted with
create_hdcp_cmnet_v03.sh by University of Cologne. v01: Removed
variable instr_type because information is not trustworthy. Corrected
variable time_bnds. Corrected variables lat and lon which were
switched. v02: Raw file format changed since 1. August 2013, new
reading routine. v03: Corrected variable time which contained wrong
years for 2009-2011, changed latitude and longitude to floating
		numbers</versionHistory>
